Online Dating For Introverts Is Perfect, Here’s Why

Dating For Introverts AnastasiaDate

Introverts are people who not very social. They focus more on how they feel instead of focusing on external factors. If you are an introvert, it’s likely that dating has been hard for you because you have to go out, meet people, and spend a bit of time with them (even if you’re uncomfortable doing so). What we suggest is for you to meet people online. Online dating for introverts is perfect for a number of reasons.

Why Online Dating For Introverts Is Ideal

Since introverts don’t often like to socialize with people, the best approach to dating would be through the online world. Besides, online dating today is widely accepted. Practically everyone has one or two dating apps as well as dating profiles. To convince you more that online dating for introverts is ideal, here are some more reasons:

1. It’s Easy

You can get started even as you read this article. Most online dating sites have a quick sign up process and so do mobile dating apps. It’s easy and the sign up itself won’t take you 3 minutes. Completing your profile is another story, but you can basically start as early as now.

2. Unconventional Terms

Let’s be honest. We all have our preferences. If you only want to date Christians, then it is definitely doable. If it’s just European women that you want to meet, you can signup to specialized sites like Anastasia Date.

3. Rejections Are Not Too Bad

As with any form of dating, there will always be rejections. But, online rejection is better than being rejected in public, right?

4. Time-Saver

Online dating for introverts works because it saves time. The introverted person doesn’t have to go out to meet people, he or she doesn’t even have to dress up. All that’s required is an internet connection.

5. Dating Pool

When you’re dating in a more traditional way, you would have to go out every night so that you can meet different people. With online dating, you don’t have to go out every night because there’s already an available pool of people in any dating site you sign up to.

The bottom line is that introverts need to give online dating a try. The awkwardness is mostly eliminated because most of the interactions will be online. It’s, then, up to the introvert to choose the person he or she would like to meet in real life. For more online dating tips, check out more posts from our blog.

Anastasia Date: Complaints Women Make About Guys’ Bad First Date Behavior

Anastasia Date: Complaints that should be taken into account by men.

Even though dates are meant to be fun, exciting, and a great opportunity to meet a potential partner, sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan. Anastasia Date: Complaints Women Make About Guys’ Bad First Date Behavior is going to explore some of the most annoying things men do. Take note.

Anastasia Date: Complaints That Should Teach Men A Lesson

Nobody’s perfect, and there is no such thing as a perfect first date, but some things than met do on one can put a lady off them for good. Here are the behaviors that put women off on a first date (in no particular order).

The Chatterbox

First of all, there is the guy who talks non-stop. It may be about his job, his interests, his friends or just about anything. If she can’t get a word in edgewise, she’ll be bored out of her brains and disinclined to ever want to see the guy again. Make your lady feel interesting and special; don’t make it all about you.

The Stuck-On-His-Ex

This is the kind of guy who will compare the girl he’s taken out to his ex. No woman appreciates someone who can’t resist comparing her to his former girlfriend. It’s insulting and super-boring. If you’re not over your ex, pretend you are.

The Nosy Type

Another complaint women make is about the guy who tends to throw a barrage of questions, from general to very personal ones, right after they’re introduced. Nobody likes a curious gossiper, especially on a first date. Asking about her is one thing, interrogating her is another.

The Guy Who’s Too Forward

A little flirt is flattering and welcome when it’s done subtly and within limits. But a guy who openly hits on a lady from the first date will often cause major offense, especially if he is too explicit and rude. Keep your flirting light and fun.

The Phubber

One of the most annoying things women report when it comes to dating is phubbing. When a guy takes out a lady, she should be his center of attention, not his phone. We will say it once again: keep your mobile in your pocket.

The Cheapskate

Not all women are interested in how thick a guy’s wallet it, but they all hate a miser. They hate it when a guy takes them out on a cheap date if he can afford better, because it makes them feel unappreciated and, well, cheap. You don’t need to take your girl to the fanciest restaurant in town if you can’t afford it, but make sure it’s a decent place that doesn’t insult her (or you).

We hope we’ve helped you realize the things women dislike men doing on a first date, and hopefully, you didn’t recognize yourself in any of them. What Are The Chances Of You Getting Scammed Online? | Anastasia Date

We have always suggested that you protect yourself from getting scammed online. This is the main reason why we have populated most of our blogs with tips that tell you how to be safe while you look for your true love online. But, have you ever wondered how likely you are to get scammed although you are being careful?

Are You Susceptible To Getting Scammed Online?

A study done by Monica Witty of the University of Leicester examined specific psychological characteristics and the likelihood of getting scammed online. The control group composed of approximately 11,000 people from the UK. They were tasked to complete an online survey. Around 10,000 participants said that they were not victims of scams. 728 said that they were scammed once, and 329 said that they had been victims of online scamming repeatedly. Lastly, 200 of the 11,000 participants reported that they had been victims of romance scams.

These Factors Increase Your Chances Of Getting Scammed

In total, there were 1,257 out of the 11,000 who got scammed. So, what happened? Why did they fall into a scammer’s trap? According to the research, it was because they possessed specific characteristics:

  • Impulsiveness
  • Loss of control
  • Too much trust placed on other
  • Too kind
  • Greedy
  • Several addictive personality traits

The results simply mean that if you have any of the above characteristics, you will have a higher chance of falling into a scammer’s trap. So, what do you do now when you have one or two of the characteristics on the list? Actually, it’s good if you identified your own negative characteristics because it means that you are, likely, self-aware. That’s a good base to start from. What you need to do next is to focus on self-improvement. If you know that you have the characteristics described, you need to do something about it before you can continue online dating.

Naturally, self-improvement is not going to be an easy task, and it could take up a lot of your time. As a start, you can focus on the characteristics in you that make you susceptible to getting scammed online. After which, you can focus on everything else, like finding a date online.
